This house and energy of the land makes it easy for your body and mind to settle down and relax. Our private, spacious, open-format home features ample sheltered outdoor areas that allow guests to regulate, recover, and restore in different spaces. The covered ocean-facing lanai becomes the natural reset spot, especially after a beach day or time in town.
At an elevation of 1,300 feet, evenings tend to feel cooler and breezier than the shoreline, which helps the whole place feel more comfortable at night. And because you’re surrounded by lush tropical greenery, it has that “on the land, connected to life” feeling. You’re still close to everything you could want or need in town, but it’s quieter, more immersed in nature, and the pace naturally feels slower here at Kona Farm Stay.

This home has held a lot of quiet, intentional time, including group meditation sits with people who practice Dr. Joe Dispenza’s work. We care about the feel and energy of the space, and do our best to keep it clean, calm, and coherent. If you’re coming to the island to reset, get consistent with your practice, or just spend time in a place that supports stillness, the lanai and the energetic frequency here make that easy.
